Permanent Resident 

A foreigner who has been continuously working in Thailand for over 3 years, with at least 1 year with their current employer, and whose taxable salary has exceeded THB 80,000 during the entire period, may apply for Thai Permanent Residency. The application will be evaluated based on the applicant’s profile, knowledge of Thailand, contributions made to the country, Thai language skills, and other factors. The application process typically takes over a year, and applications are generally accepted at the end of each year.
