Thai Spouse Visa

Foreigners married to a Thai national can apply for the Non-Immigrant “O” Thai Spouse Visa, provided they meet one of the following requirements: either a deposit of at least THB 400,000 in a Thai bank account for a minimum of 2 months, or an annual income exceeding an average of THB 40,000 per month. To prove income, applicants must submit tax documents and receipts of tax payments, a letter from the bank confirming interest received, or proof of government pension payments.
